Elaina + Hayden | Brushy Creek Lake Park

In the midst of all the uncertainty in the world right now, I am looking for many ways to find joy. These two definitely brought joy into my life from the moment I met them to the goodbye in the dark parking lot as they made sure I made it to my car safely.

Elaina and Hayden met working at the Dell Diamond with the help from a mutual friend and have been happily together for 3 years now. They attend UTSA, Elaina studying Psychology/Sociology and Hayden studying Computer Science.

When Hayden was thinking of what to get Elaina for Valentine's Day, he thought, why not give her an experience? This is where I came in!

Before the session, as always, I arrive about 30-45 minutes early. I like doing this for a few reasons. First, I like being somewhere early to ease my anxious mind from the possibilities of getting stuck in traffic or having to U-turn (which happens very often if you're in the car with me). Second, I like to scope out the location to find the good light as well as enjoy a little time on my own enjoying nature before the clients arrive.

I immediately knew I was going to get along with Hayden when Elaina messages me, "we have been here for an hour" twenty minutes before the session. Then, when Elaina showed me her flowy dress options, I immediately knew this was going to be a fun session! These two came prepared with being timely, two perfect outfits and a willingness to be coached to create beautiful pictures.
